1.1 Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Egypt. If you do not see your location listed, please contact our customer service team “contact us” page to inquire about shipping options.
1.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. You will be notified via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
1.3 Shipping Costs
We offer a free standard shipping for orders over 600 EGP. For orders below 600 EGP, a flat rate of 60 EGP will be applied.
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be in cash provided by the courier.
2.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@nfrycosmetics.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
